Efficiency, quality and timing of service are guaranteed by a system of TICKETING via web through which the customer can report problems and check the progress of resolutions. The system also allows the traceability of all tickets to be maintained. – monitoring H24 with defined SLAs, critical analysis and troubleshooting interventions – direct and secure remote connections via VPN on customer systems.
